How long is the survey open for customers? Customers can take the survey until January 7, 2024.
Can staff take the Community Survey? Yes, staff can take the community survey if they use the library’s services. Staff will fill out the community survey as a customer.
What languages is the Community Survey available in? The community survey is available to take in English, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Spanish.
How can customers access the survey? Customers can find the survey landing page, with all available translations, at https://ocls.info/communitysurvey. They can also use this QR code.
