Staff Retreats
We are excited to share an opportunity for staff to provide input into the strategic planning process. The staff retreats (virtual and in-person) will be 90 minutes devoted to talking about the library's strategic plan and will be facilitated by our consultants from Fast Forward Libraries. These virtual/in-person staff retreats will take place in March and will allow for direct and specific feedback.
We highly encourage all staff to register for one of the retreats. Please note that while attendance is not mandatory, we do want any interested staff to be able to participate in this chance to provide valuable feedback. Please discuss with your manager and confirm which retreat will work best with your location’s needs before registering.
