The first Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
at OCLS have launched.

AccessAbility is the OCLS resource group for staff with visible and invisible disabilities and their allies.
The AccessAbility employee resource group will focus on staff with visible and invisible disability and their allies. This group can lend their voice to the DEIA efforts to improve accessibilty and accommodations throughout OCLS. It will be a great place to share stories and lived experiences that can offer insight to other staff members.
The next meeting will be: May 8, 2024 at 1:30 pm

The Environmental ERG is the OCLS resource group for staff with a passion for improving their environmental footprint and the footprint of OCLS.
The Environmental employee resource group will focus on staff who are interested in exploring and improving OCLS's impact on the environment. This group can lend their voice to the DEIA efforts to improve environmental concerns throughout OCLS and Orange County. It will be a great place to share stories and lived experiences that can offer insight to other staff members.
The next meeting will be: May, 12, 2024 at 1pm.

The Latino/Latinx/Hispanic ERG is to help bring together staff across the system who identify as Latino, Latinx, and/or Hispanic and their allies.
This employee resource group is a great place to explore your heritage, share stories, and discuss ways to help our staff and customers.
